{"id":3505,"date":"2024-09-24T15:41:23","date_gmt":"2024-09-24T13:41:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pda-falaise.fr\/?p=3505"},"modified":"2026-02-05T14:33:00","modified_gmt":"2026-02-05T13:33:00","slug":"inauguration-du-pole-ess-du-pays-de-falaise-20-septembre-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pda-falaise.fr\/index.php\/2024\/09\/24\/inauguration-du-pole-ess-du-pays-de-falaise-20-septembre-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Inauguration du P\u00f4le ESS du Pays de Falaise \u2013 20 septembre 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"3505\" class=\"elementor elementor-3505\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f894de3 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"f894de3\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00426b0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"00426b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\" dir=\"auto\">Le 20 septembre 2024, Jean-Philippe Mesnil, pr\u00e9sident de<span style=\"color: #3276b0\"> <a style=\"color: #3276b0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.paysdefalaise.fr\/communaute-de-communes\/inauguration-du-pole-ess-pays-de-falaise\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la Communaut\u00e9 de Communes du Pays de Falaise<\/a>,<\/span> a inaugur\u00e9 le <strong>P\u00f4le ESS du Pays de Falaise<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\" dir=\"auto\">Il \u00e9tait entour\u00e9 de partenaires institutionnels :<\/p><ul><li><strong>Lynda Lahalle<\/strong>, conseill\u00e8re d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9conomie Sociale et Solidaire (ESS) de la R\u00e9gion Normandie, et ses collaboratrices <strong>Nathalie Porte et Sylvie Grenier,<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Clara Dewa\u00eble<\/strong>, vice-pr\u00e9sidente du D\u00e9partement du Calvados,<\/li><li><strong>St\u00e9phane Sinagoga<\/strong>, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Pr\u00e9fecture du Calvados.<\/li><li><strong> J\u00e9r\u00e9mie Patrier-Leitus, <\/strong>D\u00e9put\u00e9 du Calvados.<\/li><li><strong>Herv\u00e9 Maunoury, <\/strong>Maire de Falaise.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Et les repr\u00e9sentants des associations : <\/strong>AIPF, Poisson d&#8217;Avril, La Ruche, Transmission 14.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\" dir=\"auto\">L\u2019ESS, une priorit\u00e9 territoriale L\u2019\u00c9conomie Sociale et Solidaire (ESS) est un pilier du projet de territoire Pays de Falaise 2016-2026.<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\" dir=\"auto\">Elle repr\u00e9sente :\u00a0 9 % des \u00e9tablissements employeurs et 17 % de l\u2019emploi salari\u00e9 dans le Pays de Falaise, contre 11 % en Normandie et 10,5 % en France.<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\" dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Le projet : r\u00e9habilitation d\u2019une friche commerciale. <\/strong><\/span><\/p><p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\" dir=\"auto\">En 2019, la Communaut\u00e9 de Communes a acquis une friche commerciale (ancien Point P) \u00e0 Falaise, inoccup\u00e9e depuis 7 ans.<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\" dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>L\u2019objectif : <\/strong><\/span><\/p><p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\" dir=\"auto\">La transformer en un p\u00f4le d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ESS, en respectant l\u2019environnement avec :<\/p><ul><li>Un r\u00e9emploi de mat\u00e9riaux,<\/li><li>Une d\u00e9simperm\u00e9abilisation des sols,<\/li><li>Une production d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable sur site.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\" dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Le p\u00f4le accueille quatre structures :<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ol><li><strong>La Ruche<\/strong> (ressourcerie),<\/li><li><strong>Poisson d\u2019Avril<\/strong> (chantier d\u2019insertion en infographie et meuble carton),<\/li><li><strong>AIPF<\/strong> (Association pour l\u2019Insertion en Pays de Falaise),<\/li><li><strong>Transmission 14<\/strong> (garage solidaire).<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\" dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Objectifs atteints :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><strong>Soutien \u00e0 l\u2019emploi local<\/strong> : plus de 100 salari\u00e9s et de nombreux b\u00e9n\u00e9voles,<\/li><li><strong>R\u00e9ponse \u00e0 des enjeux territoriaux<\/strong> : r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9chets (ressourcerie) et mobilit\u00e9 pour tous (garage solidaire),<\/li><li><strong>Renforcement des partenariats<\/strong> entre les structures d\u2019insertion.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>Ce projet illustre l\u2019engagement du territoire pour une \u00e9conomie solidaire, inclusive et respectueuse de l\u2019environnement.
